We are looking for dynamic individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys working with dementia residents and seniors. Our company is looking for a Part-Time Nurse Coordinator to work regularly scheduled weekday business hours with back up on-call duties.
Scheduled hours will be Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8am-4pm
The Nurse Coordinator is responsible for staff training, assessing residents, coordination of care services for residents’ needs, developing care plans for residents and monitoring and requesting medications and supplies for residents.
